How to get a PR4 to a PR5?

I have around 25 websites that I have done nothing with over the years that all seem to have around a pagerank of 4.
I set up basic websites over 5 years ago and forgot about them.
I'm thinking about building my own network for backlinks
As i understand it, a network of backlinks from high pagerank sites can do wonders
The site itself never generates business

I'm not sure how hard it would be but you basically keep doing what your doing. If you can add something new to what your currently doing that would help. Giving a little more detail on the methods you use to SEO would help. make sure the Content your are adding is very good quality and optimized for your keywords. Add that content regularly. Backlinking from high ranking authority sites. Social media such as twitter and Facebook, try making accounts or fanpages targeted on your niche and get your content out there that way. Hopefully this helps.

thats exactly it, i did nothing for 5 years. Ive started doing the usual stuff, link push, link wheels, xrummer etc.
Pagerank hasnt moved, even after the recent update
Was wondering if theres a specific bit of action that works on high pr sites
Thinking about blasting a ton of xrummer and scrapebox to it seeing as they are aged domains

Need UNIQUE WITH GOOD REFERENCE FROM OTHER WEBSITE AND PAGE EASY TO NAVIGATE AND EVERYTHING SHOULD LOOK LIKE A GOOD VIEW TO EVERY ONE WITH USEFUL INFORMATION.
THE WEBSITES WHICH HAS HUGE RETURN CUSTOMERS with good useful navigate and content then only we can get high PR 4 or 5 or any,
PAGE RANK IS NOT get u directly it is just like voting system in elections time, all the websites choose the best in that area.

What would be the purpose of you increasing your PageRank?

Building an effective link network isn't as simple as building PageRank and then passing it off to your money sites.
Are these hosted on different servers/IPs? Whats the WhoIs info on them? All the same? Are there footprints when you begin linking them? Etc...
