How to get a more accurately Adwords CPC.

I did some keywords research and found this:


CPC: $0.02

When Insert keywords in AdWords, google show to me that the First Position is costing $0.4.
So I am wondering, that is a way more "accurately" to discover the CPC of a keyword?

The cpc and bid changes all the time, in fact, its difference for each hour and minute, your best strategy is to test on your own and find whats working great for you.

Most accurate method: Run your campaign and see the real value your self!
I hope you do understand that the CPC depends on the bids that other people have proposed for that particular slot.. So all these values vary a lot and whether its CPC,BID,or your ultimate CPA they are usually mentioned as Avg. and not in absolute terms.
