How to get a job as a web designer?

I know Photoshop pretty well, good in Illustrator, four years working experience of
HTML and CSS, but it has been challenging for me to get a job. I live in LA. Anybody else here having challenges to get
a web design job?

Provide free review to few members here in bhw.if your work is worth recommended.they will recommend you to any job or else they will only give work but remember my friend,there is a huge competition for designing field and so charge very low.

It doesn't worth to be a Graphic/Web designer in USA anymore due to lot of outsourcing. You can only land at Fedex Kinko or some local print shop. Getting minimum wage like any other job.
