How to get a Google Map Listing?

I made a lead gen site in a city a few hours away, but what I'm wondering is how do I get a google address so I can create a GMB listing for my website so I can rank locally better.

I don't want to have to pay monthly for any address. A one and done kind of deal is best.

You'll need to register for a Google Business, and with that Google business page having its address verified, once verified, your page would be listed specifically for that keyword on the google maps.
This is the most powerful free form of local advertising.

You need to start a listing on google places, enter your business information, select service area. You would also need a physical address where you can receive mail, and PO box wont work.
