How to get a free domain?

Well I kinda want to restart my website with a new domain because Penguin completely wrecked my old one, and the backlink profile is too messed up to fix. But I don't have any start-up cash left so I can't afford a new domain, how can I get a new one? Or perhaps I could sell my old one? It's PR4, so I think I can get a few dollars out of it but the domain name is uncommon so I don't think anyone will buy it. Help?

yeah sell it your old domain on flippa and than buy it new.. ;-)
 
Go ahead sell your PR4 domain at forums which are free and allow to sell domains .

Then buy a new domain from that $$

What are the forums you can sell on for free? I have a site which is getting upto 50 hits on weekdays but im failing to monetize it tried blamads but people werent converting

the free domain you get for free are .tk and .co.cc and some others but they are not worth wasting time over :D
 
Yes you could sell your old one.

Also try doing some YT + CPA and similar stuff, $10 is easy to collect.
