Alright Guys,

Here goes a method how to get a Facebook Do Follow link.
You all will have noticed that usually Facebook uses do not follow right? Well you can get a do follow link by going to http://forum.developers.facebook.com/

Create a profile, wait for some time and then drop your link in your profile. It's do follow as far as I know = )

There you go

Yes, but that page has no PR to speak of, and individual user profiles definitely do not carry particular weight without some other funny business. For example, look at this profile:

http://forum.developers.facebook.com/profile.php?id=7891

It has many posts but no PR.

Then look at this one:

http://forum.developers.facebook.com/profile.php?id=46279

Many fewer posts, but PR 4.

I think that second one may have something funny going on with it, especially given his product. The vast majority of profile pages on that site have no PR, and the site itself (even top posts) appear to have little to no PR as well.

Since it's a subdomain, it's unlikely to carry the same weight as a DF link from the main FB.com domain.

I looked into this.

Forum.developers.facebook.com is a PR7 subdomain.

C.S.A was a little harsh on this find. I deem it to be highly useful, but only if the following tactic is used:

Perform a site: search and isolate all the highest PR forums, then leave genuine comments. Your name is an automatic d0follow link, leading back to your profile. By grabbing more juice, your profile gets indexed and becomes more powerful as a link source.

A d0follow link from facebook, an authority site which Google believes follows a strict nofollow and anti linkspam policy, is not to be turned down. Good find, OP.

Cheers, I've been using this for a while because of the authority that you get. I was just ignoring his post because some people cannot see the value of anything even if you stick it right up their nose. I have to admit that I am a SEO noob and always looking for more and better information trying and experimenting with link building. When I say a while I mean a couple of weeks not much longer but I think that those links are quite valueable.
