post verification? thats a new one on me. i signed up for egay and paypal yesterday. is this just a US thing?
how about renting a po box?
by where i live there are loads of flats that people dont live in because greedy property developers want stupid amounts of rent that no one can afford. Best thing is the post boxes are outside the building - anything like this near you?

From the way he spelled idea, I'm going to take a wild guess and say Germany.
and to get past that, just register at ebay.com instead of ebay.de (with fake info ofc)

yeah it's just in germany guys...i remember having to do this last year.

Ok eBay.com is working with VCC
Oh and Germany is not the only Country where you get a Verification-Code over Post-Mail to Validat the Account.
