if its someone else your trying to do-over just report their items. ebay wont care if they have done anything wrong or not, they will shoot first ask questions later... sadly.. you must really hate someone to do that to them lol

It's so easy getting your account banned. Listing false info in ebay auctions, screwing up others' auctions and many other more..

I got banned 2 times automatically by listing 1 item. I don't know how or why. I didn't bother to ask. They will only reply to me with a canned message. I called them and they want full proof of my identity, credit cards, photo and proof that i own the item. so gay... so eGay.
