Yes i try to get like links on this going edit section and post my post withlinks but after sometime those links remove automatic i dont know how but i face this issue multipal times.

done it several times via upwork. just search there. people with history on their accounts.

Once I find domains then I do what? I can't redirect those domains to my site as they are nofollow or I am missing something here?

Many people believe that even nofollow links pass some link juice. And links from Wikipedia are thought to carry special weight because of Wikipedia’s high authority.

- Don’t use brand-new or spammy domains, they’ll get reverted.
