First off, I do not recommend to recruit your traffic from Add me/Dating/Sex groups or any of the kind. If you want to gather some real ppl with average intelligence and healthy habits, I recommend to get at least a 2 year old aged account, US IP of course, and start by sending a few friend requests to people that you are suggested by Facebook. You can also go to some popular pages with a lot of engagement, and jump in the comments, like other people's comments (make sure those you like are not liked by tens or hundreds of other ppl, because they will not notice your like). Very often when a man gets a like on his post by a pretty girl, he goes straight to her profile, and shoots a friend request. It will be slow in the beginning, but once you make 50-100 friends, the ball will start rolling, as you enter the circles of more and more people.

With an hour of work per day, you could easily have between 100-200 friend requests to accept, with very few posts on your own timeline (2-3 shares of some interesting content, or video, plus 1-2 photos of your girl). I also recommend responding to messages from ppl that get in contact with you and chat for a while. The more work you put in and the more you scale, the quicker you are going to advance.
