First off, I do not recommend to recruit your traffic from Add me/Dating/Sex groups or any of the kind. Very often when a man gets a like on his post by a pretty girl, he goes straight to her profile, and shoots a friend request. It will be slow in the beginning, but once you make 50-100 friends, the ball will start rolling, as you enter the circles of more and more people.

With an hour of work per day, you could easily have between 100-200 friend requests to accept, with very few posts on your own timeline (2-3 shares of some interesting content, or video, plus 1-2 photos of your girl). I also recommend responding to messages from ppl that get in contact with you and chat for a while. The more work you put in and the more you scale, the quicker you are going to advance.
