A slow method is always reaching your current max before the next auto charge. Alternatively, you can buy an account that already has that, usually US accounts. You'll probably need to use anti-detect browsers and US IPs to prevent suspensions after the fact.

have you tried appeal after suspend on payment ? and if you are using vcc which is prepaid, you are not going to get good success rate, you have to use Credit card, that will work some better then prepaid vcc. Use residential proxy rather then Rdp with anti detect browser like gologin or multilogin.
But You have to create your own method like you have to test many things and see which is working better then others, Even if someone sahre their method, it's not granted that things will work for you too.
