What i would do:
-create a site and redirect it to the youtube video
- Go to a popular video right now and put your link (since youtube now allow that for some stupid reason) in a comment. For example if you go to a popular Miley cyrus video and post "I found a video that shows Miley kissing Lady Gaga heres the link : www.yourlink.com"

You should get 301 views in 30 seconds, if you post multiple comments at the same time
