How to get 3-4 letter usernames?

Hello BHW Community,

I am really curious on finding out the most efficient method to getting a 3-4 letter username for my Instagram handle. This will be solely for personal use so don't worry about clicks, engagements, etc.

I have tried messaging people who own specific usernames but 10/10 times they will not respond and/or the account is inactive. I also found that there wasn't really a category for this in the marketplace either.

Any tips or a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

Are you looking for a specific name because I'm pretty sure people sell handles. On how to get the handles on instagram I'm not too sure but on twitter people use programs to snipe a username once it's avalaible

If you guys are looking for a bot to "snipe" user names as soon as they become available, I would recommend you go to a forum called "hackerforum" and search "turbo bots", then you should find a bot that you can buy, they are all fairly cheap. If you have any further questions, feel free to message me!

Maybe some social engineering? Contact support pretending to be a representative of a company/brand named after the username you want to acquire, stating that you'd like ownership of that username. Do whatever you feel is necessary to make the inquiry look convincing. They may check to see if the account is truly inactive and award you the username if it is.

Approaches involving bots assume the username will become available at some point, which will only happen if the user is active and changes it or if the usernames for long-inactive accounts are reset.
