Ok, this isn't YouTube but I don't know where else to put it and you guys here have helped me the most so I'll put it here 
First of all download Fake Webcam from here.
A user has 5 puppys being recorded daily and he/she has 3,000 viewers at a time, he/she can be found here.

- Then make a uStream account and post something that people will watch, there is a video of some puppys live and they have over 2,000 viewers at a time.
- When you are recording use Fake Webcam to show the screen a downloaded clip, the best thing to put is a cute animal, and loop. Using a 30 min clip is the best because they won't be watching for that long.
- On uStream you can put a link scrolling across the screen that shows your recording live, post your link there and in the sidebar and monotize.
