this depends on a lot of factors, like what niche and what keywords you are targeting... you can make it within a month... or you can take the whole eternity and never achieve it...I'm also interested in traffic, how long would it take you to rank a keyword (6600 seraches/month) to page 1 on google? (without software or buying links, etc.. all manual)

Yea, it has much more to do with whether you know what you're doing or not. It took me 6 years of lolligagging around not doing anything with my website, and now that I'm putting work into figuring out how to do it I can get a 6600 traffic/mo page to the top of results within a couple weeks.
