Hi i have a keywords that on 1st page 9th rank. How can i push this to 1-3 place?
Site is 1 year old and has 30 articles.

Some good(high quality) links would do.

Start small with about 3 first then gradually go up over a period of weeks or month, if there's no result.

You need quality backlinks. I don't think you need to worry about your on-page after hitting the 9th position.

What did you do to get to #9 position? Do the same.
Good content? - try improving it a bit
Links? - build more

with SEO you have to check which websites are ranking on top 1 - 3 and see their backlinks, content, page speed and other major SEO check list. You have to do good SEO than one then Google will consider your site to rank 1 to 3.
