I have been searching around...

it seems like the ones available are pretty old... or from 2013 or 2014

are there anything out here that can help?

can't be...

i have read/seen a couple of articles or academy that they were able to get $0.01 fan page likes or website clicks...

but their courses costs like $299... i got no money for that course.. lol

Th $0.01 per click is for specific options and testings that people do, and its not guaranteed for all niches or all countries. Don't be a deal seeker until you understand the deal, and the deal is you only get good cheap clicks if you fit the required criteria by Facebook, and they change it once every 500 milliseconds.

Do some great advertising post on FB. Risk with CPA. So If you have a lots of clicks, your like will be 0.01 for sure. But your FB banner must be great!

This is easy to do:

1. Find a big group or fan page which is in your niche.
2. Scrape said group or fan page (Pro tip: You can buy this on Fiverr and SEO Clerks)
3. Upload custom list into Facebook
4. Create AD with aforementioned list.
5. Set Cost to 0.01.
6. Play with age, demographic, etc.
7. Test.
8. Repeat with multiple groups and pages.

Most simple way to get 0.01 CPC.

I purchased it 2days ago... and I am still having trouble making it work... i tried to do fb ads with website click + likejacker and I spent $8 for 8 likes... LOL
