2. Change all internal settings of your phone ( Apple id / Appstore / Time / Language )
3. Subscribe and like a certain number of accounts from your desired region
4. Give some time ( a week ) to the accounts before you start using them

Yes to buy and use proxy is the right solution in this case..Also focus on accounts in desired region as the bro said up to my post..
