How to GEO Target Affiliate Links?

Hey guys

I have an affiliate marketing website in the iGaming niche that receives visitors from multiple countries. For logistical purposes, in order to get the most from my website, I need to have an affiliate link A for visitors from country A, and an affiliate link B for visitors from country B.

What is the best way to do this? I've heard Google Optimize has a personalization tool that may be helpful with this but I'm not that savvy with Optimize yet. It seems a bit complicated because I would have to create a personalization for every page which I want to show different links to different visitors.

Is there any way / tool to make this more practical? Any helpful insight is appreciated.
