how to generate popup calls for tech support?

i need to generate popup calls for tech support .

can anyone give me instruction step by step how i can generate popup calls or genuine calls for tech support . which network i use and which network is reliable for that.which type of popup is most use. everything i need to undertsnad and i create my own inbound campaign . many person suggest me adcash popmyass and other 3-4 network . but one of my friend also use those network .and he told me .you get calls with these network but the problem is 1 day i got calls 250/rs to 350/rs per call and 2nd day i got 3500/rs to 5000/rs per call. so no profit for me .because market price is 600/rs per call. please help me .

give a try for google ad-words and take the help of any senior member.
still i will give you some steps
create a shopping site or any site (kind of customer you want to target )
Cloak the page with the help off any cloaking software
get approval from ad words
rest do research and take help of expert .

Thanks for share your valueable answer. but i have no my senior i have only google for help. nobody share exact steps because they need money and they dont want to share there research may be. but i really appreciate you. t
