How to generate content keyword specific for foreign language

I need a tool or content generator for foreign language which can create and super spun article for my link building

Hmmm, it's better to have someone at least a little bit fluent in that language to avoid any misunderstanding. Even in English there are plenty of keywords that don't always work, because out of context they look wrong. For example, the word 'fag', which in US means a homosexual, but UK it means a cigarette.
