How to generate content for auto-tweeting

Hi Guys,

I'm starting off a new niche review style site and would like to generate some traffic / followers using my SM accounts { twitter | linkedin | instagram }.

Focusing on Twitter first, I want to schedule with HootSuite a bunch of tweets to post on a regular basis. Where would I go to get the content for this? For example, I see loads of other sites posting random musing about stuff, based on what other news sites etc say. Do they aggregate this content manually and feed into auto-tweeting software?

What do other people do?

IFTTT maybe? You can create an applet that retweets from a user account you specify. As far as I know, you can set up an unlimited amount of these applets.
