you buy list of phone numbers everyday. There is sites for this. Google it.

You want to generate tech support calls but getting calls through SEO will take months and it won't be cheap.
Instead buy calls or leads who is already selling it.

it never hurts going door too door and shaking a few hands. You would be surprised. It can get expensive but the return is worth it in my book.
