I do run google offers, that didn't help. You mean googles affiliate network right?

You should do
# Social bookmarking (popular and high pr site)
# Publishing in social network site
# Article Submission
# Forum Posting
# Answering in popular sites (yahoo answer, AOL answer, Answer bag)
# Web 2.0 Blog
# Video Submission

If you have some money to spend, you could also invest some into paid traffic.

i'm tring to use slickdeals, last month one of my customer post a thread on slickdeals about what he bought, and the thread viewd 4000+ times until now!! Most important, the views it lead to our site can convert 5-6 orders a day,so i'll do much work on it

Now,Google shopping had started to charge cpc fee, maybe you can submit your Product feed to bing shopping

your customer post a slickdeals thread for free?or did you give your customers some discount or gift?
