Create quality content instead of going towards the like4like and other things they are almost similar to buying subs.
Also subscribers does not affects your rankings just focus on creating quality content and they will come along.

Its always so freaking funny when people say "create quality content" but nobody actually define what quality content is. We all know how a quality blog and its content should look like but on a video plattform the rules that define quality content are vastly different.

Quality content on Youtube means basically unique video concepts or ideas with a good headline and a good thumbnail pic. In order to standout on Youtube and make your channel worth subscribing to you need some sort of unique schtick, a decent video camera, and a good eye for thumbnail pics. After that getting subs is easy. Just keep putting out videos. One will eventually go viral if your stuff is good.
