How to Gain an Audience and Views on Youtube effectively?

Hey, I'm running a Gaming and Comedy Youtube channel but I'm not getting the number of views or ratings I'd like despite keyword optimization and other basic aspects of channel growth. What SEO tactics could I use to gain a Youtube Audience quickly and effectively if I make videos I consider quality worthy.

Have you tried getting more popular channels to feature your videos? If it's a specific type of gaming such as "CoD Black OPs 2 Glitches" or something, you can also use syndication gigs on Fiverr to try to increase views, it's worked for me before. Simple back-linking gigs from Fiverr would also help you out a lot. There's a service here on BHW called "SEO Gladius" that's $5 as well and offered pretty good results for me also.
