How to fund an anonymous paypal acct?

I'm looking to set up an anonymous paypal account. Paypal lets you just enter whatever, but now I'm looking to find out which VCC or prepaid CC I can just enter whatever as well. Can someone help with this? For example, can I just walk into walmart & buy one & not show ID or anything or do those require ID now?

I have one with walmart and they suck ass. make you give SSN even. Ive heard of Prezzy Card, no ID needed, never used them though.

Wow I have never heard of having to give identification for a prepaid card, I doubt you will find that everywhere you go. Just shop around and you'll find one. I have a feeling a convenience store with foreign owners would let you buy it no questions asked.

Ok. I was hoping someone with experience knows of somewhere I can go. Like Kroger, Walgreens or somewhere where you don't have to give ID & stuff. I'll keep the foreign shop keeper in mind.
