how to fully control another phone from another country remotely

I need to let someone who lives in the US or UK to create a TikTok account for me using their phone and sim card and then allow me to handle that account from a different country, so is there a way to make this work? can they create it on a browser and then i can access and manage the account from that browser? i want to use their mobile data or wifi while accessing the device to make sure not get the account shadowbanned due to accessing it from a different country so, is that possible to be done?

that software requires USB cable for connecting.

not to be pedantic but you can set up scrypy for wireless. but i agree it's out of scope unless you setup a vpn connection to be on the same local network as your foreign friend.

what i suggest, which is very simple and takes 1 minute of setup, download Anydesk for android. if it's IOS im sure theres an alternative.
if you've ever heard of teamviewer, it's just like that. remote desktop software made for mobile. https://anydesk.com/en/downloads/android
i use it myself to control multiple phones at home from 1 master phone.

i use TeamViewer and anydesk, the problem is when i log in to the other device every time the ID and password are required, so that is not practical because my friend in the other country won't be always available to connect the other device for me, what i need is to access the mobile at any time without waiting for my partner to send me the password for the other device, so, i am not certain about if that possible to be done on teamviewer or anydesk, do you have any idea if that possible to always have access to the other device through anydesk or teamviewer without a provided password?

anydesk android supports unattended access. looks like some users get a nag screen which can be disabled via adb commands (lots of tutorials online for it)
 
Isn't it possible to set fixed password in Teamviewer?
 
Use Team viewer or anydesk.
 
it seems the purpose of a different country is not a problem to do what you want
