Searching on sites I found that price range was starting from 150$ up to 500$.

I finally succeeded to make it on my own with just few bucks.
Some USA states allow you to form an LLC online, one of this for example is Colorado (google for site of Colorado State)

You will need a registered agent if you live outside USA which you can get one for totally free (google for free registered agent)
Finally you will need a USA address or P.O box which you can get for free or for something like 10$ one time fee.

If you finally need telephone number you can acquire one from skype.

And that's it. You have a complete virtual office.

The colorado state fee may be $1 upto December but is this an indirect referal to use a particular site where one can find registered agent free for 1st year and the next year you will need to pay$99.

And i thought that we have to spend atleast $200 for Company formation. Then legally we need to have a US address, EIN Number, Registered Agent and so on... That shit is costly dude !

Now good luck getting a bank account opened. Unless you are physically in the US...its highly unlikely you will ever get a bank account and without a bank account your LLC is useless.
