Fillings fee depending mostly from companies that help you yo incorporate.
You will find different filling fee prices alongside internet.
Colorado for online filling, fee is 1$, NOTHING more.
Now, regarding ho every state tax you it is a different discussion.
I just wanted to let anyone know that yes you can form a LLC by yourself with just 1$.
I can't understand why many can't understand this.

What is missing from this discussion on LLCs is that sure you can form one pretty easily in many states, and some states don't tax them, but every LLC needs an operating agreement, how expenses and profits are shared, how the LLC is governed, how it will be closed etc. If the LLC is nothing more than liability protection device for an individual, then an operating agreement is easy. But if you have partners or investors, the operating agreement is a non-trivial matter.
Any lawyer can tell you that the test of documents that you buy or forms that you fill out is not when everything is going swimmingly well, it is when there is a problem. When you have problems, you want legal documents to protect you and advance your interests. Boiler plate documents purchased from document mills are unlikely do that well. Thinking ahead about where problems might arise, and asking a lawyer about them can save you money and give you peace of mind.

I'm gonna look into this. I need to form an LLC but im in Cali and over 800 yearly fee.

This entire thread and everything you post is absolute RUBBISH.
These fees are mandatory fees paid to the state. Period. End of story. And it's not the only expense.
YOU CAN'T DO IT FOR A DOLLAR
Stop posting misleading information that is wrong.
Colorado is actually.... 50 dollars. That's a fee paid to the state, not the company that sets up the paperwork. No one will do this for a dollar, or ten dollars.

And AGAIN I have ALREADY form my LLC online from Colorado State website and paid 1 USD.
IF you do not believe you can just fill online the form and in final step you will see that will ask to pay 1 usd

Fees are paid to the state.
If the company is only charging you a dollar, they are charging for it elsewhere, and still paying it to the state.
Stop wasting everyone's time with this misleading GARBAGE.

Missouri's online filing is only $50. You do it through the Department of Revenue's website. Pretty easy, actually.

I believe you did what you said you did but I am curious why the title of this post says $10 to incorporate when you say the incorporation fees are only $1 for a year. I have not read this whole post, don't have time. My question is where is the other $9 going?

$10 for an LLC is great if it works out for him (the OP) and that is what suits him. However the OP can get into serious shit for recommending other to do the same thing (giving legal advice without a license and forgetting that what suits him may not suit others due to the different business requirements).
