How to Forfity my Ebay account

I'd like to fortify my Ebay account against constant competitor abuse. In the last week 3 of my items have been flagged and removed for Trademark Violation by VANS.

I'm assuming it afflicts newer sellers to drive competition out of the market. I had to deal with the VeRo representative from VANS all three times, but I'm sure one of my competitors has been flagging all my listings.

If you guys have any advice on how to fortify my account, please help I will be greatly indebted to you all.

Maybe you should think about selling something else until your account ages and you gain
more feedback? The enter into whatever market you were originally trying to go into. =)
