How to force VPN reconnect at certain intervals?

So I am using Windows XP with a standard VPN client. Since my VPN provider has a huge dynamic IP-pool, I would like to force the client to disconnect and reconnect at a set interval, say every 120 seconds, thereby giving me a fresh IP.

Any VPN-addons have this feature? Any ideas?

So someone here recommended me HideMyAss, since they have 35000 IP's and a VPN client that is already prepared for this. Anyone knows how tolerant Youtube are to HideMyAss IP's? Don't want to lose my accounts from using too popular IP's.
