How to force FB user to send friend request?

User clicks a link > Something happend > friend request sent from fb user to your acc

i ve been trying to find the method without any luck.

Any idea how they are doing this ?

Why would you want people to send you friend requests without their consent? That picture clearly shows how that fb user became suspicious about the friend request he sent you. This can lead to your accounts getting banned very easily. If you want friend requests then use female profiles and you'll get tons of requests until you reach 5k friends, usually in less than 2 weeks. Just my 2 cent.

I dont want bulk emails, i have millions.
I want high quality / targeted emails , and i dont need the acc to last longer, only some mins would be enough to get their emails once i accept their friend request
 
Is there any option to do it? Idk..but if there is, i want to know for sure
