How to follow a specific Twitter user on multiple accounts?

Hi, I have multiple accounts and each account needs to follow a specific (same) user (i.e. Mountain Dew). Is there a way to automate this?

There are two ways to automate this. But both are gonna cost you something. Nobody is gonna give you even free advice or the way names.
