First fix the image posting issue, then i guess someone can help fixing the pictured issue.

Either post the image using the appropriate button of the rich text editor or put the direct url to the image between the correct tags:

Maybe you could provide some code so that anyone might be able to help you, because just looking for a picture I can only advise to put them into separate block and play with width (min/max) and positioning.
