If you have more than 1 Instagram account, try logging in to another Instagram account. If this account is still logged in normally. Maybe the previous account is having problems. Maybe the account has been locked, blocked or hacked...etc. To fix this situation, you can contact Instagram for support.

Blocked on every accounts, but I've found a way to fix the error, its back to normal now

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and then try using Incognito mode to see if that solves your problem.

Do you have success managing IG accounts on desktop browser? For me it's always best to manage them on phone, although I'd prefer do that on my pc, it seems TikTok and IG don't like to be used on desktop

If you're not using a proxy + stealth browser, then might flagged your IP and browser as well. Try with another browser but for the love of god just add a proxy or use data mobile tethered, don't use same wifi connection since it's flagged mostly

I did this, find instagram notification in your email that said something like "see what your friends post here"
The email contains photos posted from Instagram, then click on one of the photos, and you will be directed to the active Instagram page
If there is any popup just click dismiss, and you can access Instagram again.

I don't think so, but im not sure, maybe we have different page error
Did you tried the method I mentioned above? Some people on Reddit also suggested unsubscribe the email to get IG recover
So after clicking the photo in the email, unsubscribe that email.
Yes, I also manage my accounts on my phone, but I mostly do things on my computer
So access IG on browser much faster
