how to fix the youtube 301?

Does anyone know how to fix the youtube 301 problem?

According to my research across the all mighty internet.

If a video is stuck at 301, this means that YouTube have decided to stop updating at that number so that they can verify the authenticity of those clicks. They try to eliminate "counterfeit views."

There's a video about this on YouTube but I can't share the link since I am still a newbie.

You just can't fix it, just delete that video and then reupload and then try again
