what to do and how to fix it?

Thank you

Download HitmanPro and run a free scan.
30 day trail version, should fix your problem.

Try SiteLock911 or use Wordfence plugin to clean and restore WordPress website quickly.

So what was the problam was it a link pointing to a download?

What flaged the problam?

WordFence is the best I have used on lot of my clients website... there is Sucuri Security but its quite costlier

There might be a hacking issue on your website, you can do the following

1. check website through any site checker tools (to check if there is malware, blacklisting status, website errors or out-of-date CMS)
2. Update all login access (Cpanel, CMS, FTP)
3. fix the issues either by removing the script or plugins that causes this
4. then mark as "fixed" in Google Search Console if you believe that you have removed this problem

Change your passwords
If your site is hosting malware, you need to immediately change all of your passwords. We recommend using strong passwords.

Remove the malware
It's nearly impossible for anyone to reliably remove malware from a website by hand. To remove the compromise from your files, we recommend using an application like SiteLock Essential. Using its SMART scan technology, it will not only find any compromises in your files, it also removes them.

Identify & fix the weakness
To prevent your site from getting hacked again, you should identify how your site was compromised. There are two types of weaknesses: passwords and structural problems.
