How to Fix "Structured Data Items Are Invalid" Error in Google Rich Results?

I am encountering an issue where 1,862 structured data items on my website are flagged as invalid, as shown in the attached screenshot. The error message mentions that the structured data does not meet Google's guidelines, and this could affect my website's ability to display rich snippets in search results.

I have reviewed the recommendations, which include checking the structured data using Google's Rich Results Test and validating against schema.org requirements. However, I'm unsure how to specifically address and fix these errors, especially for the "Review Snippet" fields mentioned in the error report.

That's a nice looking website. Although it may not be a good idea to post your/your client's site publicly. Please report your own post and request a moderator to remove the attachment.

Now coming to your issue.

There are two, what Google calls, "critical issues".

First, is that the "@type": "brand" schema is being reported twice. This is a problem and breaks guidelines.







In your case, the brand is being emitted twice.

1. By the Booster SEO app that you're using
2. In your normal review snippet being published which redeclares this.

The solution for this would be to remove the declaration in either one of the snippets.

Second, is that your review snippet does not declare the author field for some reason.

To fix this, you'll have to determine where this review snippet is coming from. Is your review plugin adding it? Is your theme adding it? Is there some other app at play?
