How To Fix Scratched GTA V Play Discs?

I was just playing & bam.. Got that error that we all hate to see..

Does anybody know how to fix the GTA V play discs to remove the stratches I heard toothpaste works and I tried it but it still says disc un-readable when I put it in the 360

You don't need to use your toothpaste. There are so many disc recovery tools available on internet. Just use one of them and recover all your files and then burn a new disc.

I'd normally do this but if you read the title it's for the Xbox 360 (GTA V)

I'd assume these .iso's have protection against just being burned with Nero and pop it in to be played

Am I wrong?
