How to Fix "Content manually identified by claimant"

Hi, I made a YouTube channel. I created my music and Upload cartoons and I violated third party rights with DistroKid. I edited the video so I could not find the YouTube bot. I uploaded 15 cartoon videos. After 1 week (today) All videos were Partially blocked (This video contains copyrighted material. As a result, it has been blocked in some countries and/or regions.)

Could not find it automatically. YouTube wrote to me (Content manually identified by claimant )

When I look for the same animation These videos have been on other channels for months and do not block.
What can I do? That does not block me?

I know one method to bypass. One way is to join a network (MCNs), find out which country are the copyright owners in and block that country.
But i don't know how to see Which country is blocking me? and Second problem is I don't know how to block some country without MCN
