How to fix bounce back on verified emails?

Hi guys my first post here, I use Snovio for sending drip campaigns to email lists, I also use Snovio to scrape the emails from sites and verify the emails, set up a campaign, and send out the emails.

My campaign keeps getting paused because of bounce back. I think it is a soft bounce back because of "I don't work here anymore" emails or "I am out of office emails".. when this goes above 10% Snovio stops the campaign to protect my domain.

How do I scale this outreach if this is happening even with verified emails!? HELP!

Contact form spamming is the way to go for an outreach campaign.

Lot of things can cause email bounce. You wanna constantly whitelist your email, there are website that do that.

contact from spamming, I do not know what that is could you explain? the emails are all whitelisted as in my own brand?

You'll be visiting websites and then find the contact page where the "Contact form" is located. Some websites have the contact form on the home page as well.

You'll fill the form with your details and then type your message. In most cases, it's guarantee to enter Inbox because their contact form host will send them the message. It's not an effective method though, and you'll be exhausted if you're doing it manually.

You can automate contact form submissions with tools like "GSA Contact form", it cost around $100. They also have captcha tool to be integrated if you want to bypass captcha.

There are sites/apps where you email each other to warm up and whitelist. So even someone marks you as spam they inboxing with the service let you stay out of spam filter.
They charge you for their service though.

Oh i see, thats not efficent at all, The way i do outreach is not like that at all

Yes snovio has that feature on the software where we can warm the email account up, the lists that i am emailing have 15% bounce rate even though they are verified emails that i scrape.
 
Ah ok, I though you getting into spam box. 15% bounce rate is OK I guess, you need better email validator if you still want lower bounce rate.

Ah got you,snovio stop the campaign at 10% but do you think i need a better email validator? do you use email outreach? Any tips for collecting credible emails of my domains and niches?

No I don't and i hate it as I am at the receiving end of spam emails and comments from tierkickers. But as mentioned earlier contact form spamming is the way to go.
 
Yeah, look into ways to navigate around your emails being flagged as spam automatically. There are some services that help minimize the chance of that happening and if you want a decent email campaign going on, it might be best to look into those.
 
Easy peasy, there are tons of email verification providers. You just have to find a quality one that includes both soft and hard bounces removal in their service. This problem is most often related to soft bounce because recipient's email server does indeed exist but for some reasons [e.g. like you mentioned], it bounced.

brother the best place to send bulk emil and verfiy email is google group do not waste your time and cost will be 0

do you have domain with g suite if yes , add them to google group and post your message
if you don't have experience to do that we can give you this service verify email and create group and port your message and your email will receive reply from your costumer
 
You can choose from multiple email verification services, so it's simple peasy. Simply look for a reputable company that offers bounce removal for the two soft and hard bounces. The majority of the time, this issue is caused by a soft bounce since, notwithstanding the recipient's email server existing, it bounced for the reasons you described.
