I have an adsense is verified but now I want to enter a web does not allow me, help me. thank u so much

I don't exactly understand what's your question, but yesterday I tried to login to my GSC and access was denied.
I solved it by firstly login to my gmail and then access GSC with no issues.

I am not being shown the space to create ads for the website, do you see the picture? it is appearing very clearly there
