How to find who made that specific website?

How can I find who made a specific website, not WordPress or any theme related site cause there are a bunch of sites who will look for that automatically

How do I find the developers of custom websites?

Check the footer of the theme or right-click on the page and click View Page Source.

Either way, just contact the owner and ask them directly.
 
Already tried contacting them but they won't give the information.
 
You could look up the domain name in any WHOIS checker online, just google 'WHOIS'.
This will bring up information about who registered the domain name.
It is however possible to hide your identity from these look-ups so if you're unlucky there's no other way other than trying to contact them.

This is your best option, but if they have whois protection, you will have to do some social engineering

It is quite impossible to get that sort of information if it is not in the theme or anywhere of the site listed in the code. So better you have to ask the owner of the site or have to do a search for the domain that the design is in.

You can use "portfolio domainame " to search on Google to see if someone put that on their site's portfolio section. That's the only way to find I think. If you are not able to get it, then only the owner can disclose the developer.
 
You can find developers of custom websites for really cheap price. For i am a newbie i can't upload a link in comment. So i attach the link to a file
