I have a brand new website and it barely has any sales but it is very well made according to another web dev. Is there a way to get an approximation for how much the websites worth and how would you proceed to sell it?

If the website is not earning anything, you cannot sell it. Websites are valued by their average earnings for the last 6-12 months.
