How do people usually go about finding web cam models in the adult industry in Romania?

I would imagine there is a classified ads site to post to, job site, or something for these women?

There are 5000 different studios in Romania doing webcams. Just stalking then to find their ways should give you a lot of leads.

Then there would be subreddits, FB groups, straight up recruiting from strip clubs etc. You gotta go hunt tho.

Camsites are a chicken and egg thing. Good models with experience will only work with a site that has good traffic, but you get good traffic when you have good models.

Nope. I am 3000 miles away somewhere in Asia and read quite a bit about their industries (adult in particular) because I find that place.... interesting.

Yeah. So are the porn production houses and related stuff.
They can't operate "legally" as webcam businesses as far I know. Legally as in they can operate just fine but the government doesn't give them tax or business codes so they pretend to be model management companies, photoshoot studios, "live streaming" entertainment businesses and so on. Adult in general is a bit laxxed in Romania apparently.
