1. Open 10 blogs, where they list top 10,8 or 5 etc things (Google for them, they are hundreds) , then copy each article main keyword and put it in KeySearch, if the difficulty is under 30, you can rank it easy.

= You have to check competition for the targeted keyword. You can take help of tools, and of course your manual analysis.
There are a lot of parameters Google checking for ranking. Mostly you have to check the top ranking website's weak points.
If there are weak points, and you think do better than competitors, you can consider these keywords. Just a rough idea to start.

= Both keywords can target if the competition is low.

= This plugin just give you a guide. If you have good knowledge about On-page SEO, a free version is okay.

The problem is unique keyword bring you no traffic It's reality - if there are now competitors - there are no traffic
