How to find the new published website?

Use a search engine like Google and refine your search results based on the launch date.To do this, enter a search query related to the type of website you are looking for, then click on "Tools" and select "Any time" and "Custom range" to filter results by launch date.

There must be an easy way to do this than above. Because whenever I start a new website , I get mails from lot of spammers promoting seo and hosting services on admin mail. So they are able to crack it very fast.

yeah, that's also my doubts

spend half hour researching google dorking, you'll likely figure it out that way.
alternative method i've hypothesized how those spammers do it is scrape newly registered domains e.g., https://www.google.com/search?q=newly+registered+domains+list
they don't even need a website on there as you can query whois info next to pull the email and contact the registrant directly, assuming no whois privacy.
additionally once you acquire the list you can scan those sites daily to see a contact form/email hit, then follow up with your contact form software/script.
