Use Ahrefs if you are searching for the competitor's website. As Ahrefs has a “top pages report” that shows the most popular pages by traffic to the website.

Ahrefs can do this for you. Get a trial account and pull up all the data asap. They're going to stop the trial accounts.

Most of the SEO tools like ahrefs, semrush, moz, spyfu etc. can do this. You should be able to find option called 'top pages' in ahrefs/moz.

The easiest way to do this is to get the domain and feed it into SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
They will tell you which are the top-ranked pages of that site and what keywords those pages trigger.
Using this information, you can then reverse-engineer their content by re-optimizing them around easier to rank keywords.
This is what I do for some of my clients when they ask for this specific type of service.
